Is there a minimum order? Our overall minimum order value to qualify for wholesale prices is £150 before carriage. The shopping cart will not allow you to check-out until you have reached the minimum. How long will my order take? We always keep a good selection of our votives and wax melts ready in stock, so these can usually be dispatched fairly quickly. Pillar candles and custom items are all made to order. The "average" order containing a selection of votives, melts and pillars is usually sent in approximately 7-10 days. HOWEVER, during busy periods (October-December), or if you are placing a very large order, you may need to allow up to 14 days - seasonal deadlines will be advised as and when applicable. What if something I order is out of stock? We will aim to keep the site updated with current out of stock fragrances at the end of each day, but this is not always possible. If you order a fragrance that is temporarily out of stock and not back in stock by the time the rest of your order is ready, then your order will be shipped with as much as we are able to complete. You will only be charged for what you are sent and you will need to re-order any items not included. What is your delivery charge? We charge a flat rate £9.99 for trade orders - candles are HEAVY and the majority of parcels cost more than this. Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail and we use Parcelforce for larger parcels. All of our items are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and outer boxes are well protected using a combination of paper and styrofoam peanuts to ensure your items reach you in the same condition that they left us! Insurance against loss or damage is NOT included unless specific instructions to do so are received at the time of placing the order. This cost will be added to your total. Can I make additions to my order? Certainly! Please try to ensure you notify us of any additions as soon as possible after the original order has been placed to guarantee that the items will be delivered with the rest of your order otherwise it will be treated as a new order and minimum order levels will apply. Do you accept returns / give refunds? Yes, however returns are not accepted without prior permission. Once a return has been authorised, postage to send the item back to us is at your cost. Replacements will be sent out once the returned item has been received unlit, undamaged and in it's original wrapping. In cases where we have made an error, the correct item will be shipped out asap at no extra charge and your costs in sending the incorrect item back will be fully refunded. Strictly no returns/refunds on custom colour / scent candles. What is the RRP of your products? Next to each item you will find the RRP (recommended retail price) for that item. DeeLights does not always charge our retail customers the actual RRP of the candles. The wholesale price list is based around the RRP and not DeeLights' own prices. Occasionally we place items on special offer to our own customers through the retail website at a reduced rate or offer a new item to wholesale customers at a "test" price. These reduced items do not affect the wholesale price list. Can I buy unlabelled candles to promote my own brand? All candles will carry the "DeeLights" label. DeeLights has grown enormously over the last few years that we have been trading online, and customers who are familiar with the name will appreciate knowing that they are purchasing a quality hand poured candle. Placing a wholesale order indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Cards are ONLY charged at the point of dispatch.
